How to book a stall at this event –
- Read the information on this page and make sure you are happy with all the details.
- Email info@lollysevents.co.uk or message us on Facebook to check availability for your products.
- Once you have had the go-ahead from us to book, scroll to the menu at the bottom of the page, add a stall to your basket and pay online.
- If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer please contact us for the details.
- It is really important, no matter what you are selling, that you get in touch to check availability before you book in. Once we have replied giving you the go-ahead to book, please do so ASAP. If you do not book within 24 hours of hearing from us, please email us again so that we can re-check availability. Stalls are booked on a first come first served basis and the ONLY way to secure a stall is by sending payment in full. Thank you.
You are booking a stall at :-
- Arden Hall Party in the Park 2025
- Saturday 19th July 2025 : 12–5pm
- At – Arden Hall, Water Orton Road, Castle Bromwich, Birmingham B36 9PB. Please Google the venue and plan your journey.
- Set up time – from 9am
- Event start time – 12pm
- Event end time – 5pm
- Parking – Free parking for ONE vehicle in the Arden Hall car park. We must have your car reg before the event.
- All stalls are OUTDOORS on the Arden Hall playing fields. You must bring your own gazebo (no bigger than 3m x 3m), tables, chairs, power supply if required, and be competely self contained.
- The venue will not allow any vehicles to drive onto the grass, so it is advisable to bring a trolley and enough people to help you transport your items from the car park.
- As with all our events, you must have your own Public Liability Insurance.
- This event will go ahead whatever the weather so please be prepared.
We are looking for 30 craft and gift stalls selling a wide range of items suitable for families. This is a very popular community event which attracts a footfall of several thousand every year.
PLEASE NOTE – We are not in charge of booking food stalls, charity stalls, or rides. These are being booked by Arden Hall directly, so please contact them to book this type of stall. We are only booking crafts, gifts, etc. We MUST have a detailed list of everything you will be selling before you book in.
Pitch price –
- Outdoor space for 3x3m gazebo to sell crafts, gifts, toys, clothing, handmade items, etc – £25
Please decorate your stall in your own style – with banners, decorations, a tablecloth, bunting, etc. Price items clearly, keep empty boxes under your table and do not block walkways. Please bring enough people to help you unload, set up, and manage your stall. Bring a black bag and take away all your rubbish. Please make sure your gazebo measures no more than 3x3m.

Once you have booked your stall via this website you will receive an email confirmation from our website. If you have any questions about your booking please email info@lollyevents.co.uk
