How to book a stall at this event –

• Read the information on this page and make sure you are happy with all the details.
• Email info@lollysevents.co.uk or message us on Facebook to check availability for your products.
• Once you have had the go-ahead from us to book, scroll to the menu at the bottom of the page, add a stall to your basket and pay online.
• If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer please contact us for the details.
• It is really important, no matter what you are selling, that you get in touch to check availability before you book in. Once we have replied giving you the go-ahead to book, please do so ASAP. If you do not book within 24 hours of hearing from us, please email us again so that we can re-check availability. Stalls are booked on a first come first served basis and the ONLY way to secure a stall is by sending payment in full. Thank you.

Christmas, Craft & Gift Fair – Red Lion Knowle

• Saturday 28th November 2026 : 12-4pm
• At – The Red Lion, 1672 High Street, Knowle, Solihull B93 0LY. Please Google the venue and plan your journey.
• Set up time – 11am
• Event start time – 12pm
• Event end time – 4pm
• Parking – Free parking. The car park is at the rear of the pub. You must enter your reg into the computer at reception to avoid receiving a fine.
• All stalls are indoors, upstairs.
• PLEASE NOTE – This event will be held in the Red Lion Function Room which is upstairs, just off the main bar area. There is no lift on site, so no disabled access unfortunately. All stock must be carried upstairs so please bring enough people to help you.
• There is an outdoor staircase leading directly from the carpark to the function room.
• This venue has 4ft and 5ft tables available. Chairs are provided.
• As with all our events, you must have Public Liability Insurance.
• As this is a Christmas event we ask that you please decorate your stall in Christmas style. Christmas jumpers are welcome too!
• No food stalls permitted.

We are looking for a wide range of indoor stalls to feature at this fun community Christmas event at the lovely Red Lion in Knowle! Please email info@lollysevents.co.uk with details of the products you sell before booking in. No food sorry.

Pitch prices (plus a small donation to our raffle hamper) :

• Indoor pitch (upstairs) with 4ft table provided – £21
• Indoor pitch (upstairs) with 5ft table provided – FULLY BOOKED 
• Indoor pitch (upstairs) WITHOUT table (please bring your own, no bigger than 6ft) – FULLY BOOKED 
• Extra space for rail or small side table (No bigger than 4ft. Please bring your own and make an L-shape with your main table) – FULLY BOOKED
• Extra space for 6ft side table (Please bring your own and make an L-shape with your main table) – FULLY BOOKED

We do not allow the sharing of tables/pitches. Extra space, side tables and rails are for you alone. Extra space must be booked via the menu below in addition to a main table.

Chairs are provided.

Please let us know ASAP if you require access to a plug socket (bring an extension lead).

Decorate your table in your own style – with a tablecloth, Christmas decorations, fairy lights, bunting, etc.

Price items clearly and keep empty boxes under your table.

Please bring enough people to help you unload, set up, and manage your stall.

Before the event starts, please let us have your donation to our raffle hamper. This can be a small item from your stall, a discount voucher to spend with you, or some chocolates or wine etc. Stallholders are permitted to enter the raffle too.

Please note the event start and finish times. Your stall must be ready by the time the event starts at 12pm. We will not let any stallholders in after 11.50am and your space will be given to somebody else so that we don’t have any empty tables in the room (no refunds will be given).

The event ends at 4pm. If you cannot commit to the full 4 hour event, please do not book in. Stallholders who pack up early will not be considered for any future events.
